Another awesome UFLP session with the absolute legend that is Matt Gregory Today's focus areas within the group bought on a lot of discussion. We looked at: - Discovering the difference between a mission and values - Articulating the golden circle - Demonstrating the importance of round-table discussions For me, the part that will resonate most and probably have me continuously changing it for years to come was creating our own mission statement. It's always heavy when trying to write one statement that sums up your purpose, values and goals but it's certainly something worth thinking about and discussing! Also, that question that comes up every time we meet... WHY? Everyone that knows me knows this is something I ask far too often but its such and important tool for any conversation. Remember...
