Ava DuVernay's insight from her talk struck a chord with me. She said, "...because I believe images embed themselves in our imagination in a way that words alone don't. We think in pictures, you know? Your memories are pictures." This idea is crucial for effective storytelling. Crafting stories that engage our senses is key to capturing audience attention.
