If you don’t address it, you are simply limiting your market… 👩⚖️ With regulations becoming stricter and stricter, you won’t even be able to enter certain geographical markets or locales at all. So, what you lose for that locale is not only the % of people with disabilities but the entire market there. 😭 Legal fines to pay: Mandates and deadlines are coming (such as the EU…, but there are others). 😯 Would you say out loud... "My company doesn't care about people with disabilities?" Happy Lunar New Year to my connections who are celebrating! 🐉 🏮 Here are some quick tips on how I reignite my engine again after the Lunar New Year break: 🍊 Set a timeline There is a fine line between starting small to get back in the momentum and starting small but procrastinating for too long. A timeline keeps you accountable and ensures that you are on track. 🍊Revisiting goals This helps with building momentum. After being away from the things that I was working towards, I would look back and see what have I achieved before the break and what can I work towards to achieve new goals or goals that have not been achieved. 🍊 Prioritise Being away also means some work and meetings have been put on hold which could pile up and become overwhelming when you return. I would have a to-do list and prioritise my tasks and meetings accordingly. How do you get back into momentum after taking a long break? -- 👋 Hi, I am Lian Li.
