Yo here's the lowdown 2024 jerseys. Gaff market fully peaking right now. Prices are down at juicy 12% from last year and sales goes down vibes. Nobody's copying properties anymore, especially flats. In the ends the Gove's going to try and play hero for first time buyers though. They bump the tax break limit from 500K to 700K racks. So if you're hunting for your first crib you're low key winning. But let's be real. The housing game is still looking long, fam. There's a glimmer of hope though, the markets starting to recover as inflation chills a bit and interest rates take a slow dive. If things stay on track we could see more people snapping up cribs next year. Fingers crossed for fewer tumbleweed vibes in the market. Don't get 2 gas though. Even with cheaper house prices, life still mad expensive out here. Munch bills, whips, everything is still spendy AF. So yeah, houses might be cheaper and things are starting to look up. But the rest still held pricey if you're trying to buy. Good luck Magee for the rest of us just vibin surviving and praying for payday. That's the Jersey housing vibes for this year's. Here's to Bella moves next year in a bit.
