Here is an idea to generate pipeline from closed lost campaigns: 2/3 of lost deals are to no-decisions and if you are like most revenue teams, you're constantly running re-engagement campaigns... After a HORRIBLE start to 2024, I made 3 simple changes to our marketing/sales strategy that turned it all around... 1. Doubled down on what was working in the past: for us it was SEO, so I focused ALL of our efforts on improving that 🥇 2. Increased closing rates: not so easy you might think...but we created a killer sales proposal that helped me 2x my close rate (because I know I suck at sales so I need all the help I can get) 💵 3. Got rid of the rest: any activity that wasn't related to getting more traffic or improving our close rate = ❌ I realized I was being spread too thin as a CEO so being able to get rid of these unnecessary tasks gave me the time to focus on what really mattered, plus it made me enjoy my job again.
