Today was the start of our “Team Bromley” EFL Match-Day departmental presentations for the Vision, Strategy, Delivery and Growth strategic plans. In summary, most think that leadership is for the boss to inspire the employees and drive them to success (which plays a huge part and I love doing…) however, every staff member today motivated and inspired me … I was overwhelmed with the effort and detail 👏👏👏 It was an outstanding exercise and I got to experience how each staff member was so focused on growing themselves, their departments and the Club. We most definitely have the best off the field team - and it excites me to think that we all haven’t even reached our own full potential yet! So fortunate to work with such an inspirational group of people, off the pitch we are ready to rock, yesterday was a brilliant day. When a group of people share the same passion, worth ethic and desire, wonderful things can and do happen. Thank you Mark Hammond
