It’s never too late to have a conversation about mental health. 🧠💬 Our Time to Talk Day campaign may have been a bit later than most, but we tactically decided to launch it during Zero Harm Week to ensure it had the greatest impact possible. Wondering what we did? Well, our ADSL mental health first aiders came up with a creative concept - they created word search puzzles that had to be completed while listening to distracting noises 🎧. This exercise effectively illustrated how distractions can have a significant impact on our mental well-being and our ability to focus, ultimately shedding light on the complexities of mental health and promoting open conversations about sensitive yet essential subjects.
