Are we going for ASMR vibes? Yeah, Ohh, I'm very bad at that. I have some pretty funny ones though. My sleep dip is drink some water. I always have like an eye mask and earplugs. Like nearby reading a book. Sitting in bed. Turn on reality TV, Don't use the phone in bed. The reels and tick tocks can wait. Use an eye mask. For me it's all about posture. I like to feel like I'm laying on a cloud. Nope. So far, alarm off. Turn off your body parts slow fall asleep. Thank you for joining. Let's sleep.
