But the same isn't true of erstwhile postmistress, Mabel Stranks. For she and her wartime exploits are the opposite of unremarkable. Indeed it's astonishing! And it's because of Mabel Stranks that this building is included in Swindon in 50 More Buildings. From Ziploc to Success: How Teamwork Conquered 60 Offices in One Night 5 years ago, we closed one of our biggest contracts yet—without fully knowing what we were getting into. I remember the day they handed us a ziploc bag full of keys, and we realized we had to start janitorial services for 60 offices that same night. Crazy, right? In the days leading up to it, my team and I had countless meetings, going over every possible ‘what if’ scenario. We had a board full of offices mapped out, trying to figure out how to cover it all in one night. Looking back at that picture now, it’s a reminder that when we work together as a team, we can accomplish anything. Even when we’re handed a ziploc bag of keys and have to jump in headfirst, teamwork gets us through. #teamwork
