October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month. As of 2023, only 23.1% of people with disabilities are participating in the labor force, compared to 67.3% of people without disabilities (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics). These numbers highlight the need for greater access to employment opportunities and inclusive work places. At NILP, we're committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve financial stability through employment and education. Let's work together to close this gap! #NationalDisabilityEmploymentAwarenessMonth #InclusiveEmployment #InclusionWorks
