Any of my partnering friends been vexed trying to put the right partnering incentives in place? Great session today moderated by Tai Rattigan of Partnership Leaders including Karlyn Bentley of Ansira and Kathleen Meza of Dell Technologies on the topic. Some key questions were explored on the webinar today... 1. Is paying partners referrals/commissions the right answer all the time? 2. Do those spiffs or $ ever get into the hands of your partner front line sellers... i.e. to the people whose behavior you want to influence? 3. Do your partners value monetary compensation or leads more? As we know in our business the answer to these questions might be "your mileage may vary" given they dynamics of our market. And what we believed was gospel yesterday might not hold true now! 😁 BTW... if you're not already a member of the Partnership Leaders community, you should be!
