#Curcumin is emerging as a promising natural alternative to BPA, or #bisphenol A, in plastic production, according to a study by the Università degli Studi di Bari. This bio-based, renewable polycarbonate, derived from turmeric, has been shown to possess antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-cancer properties, making it a suitable replacement for BPA. The introduction of Smart Noise Reduction using AI in ParaVision 360 V3.6 allows researchers to further enhance MR image quality. This novel denoising algorithm is advantageous for all scans. High-resolution, high-SNR scans benefit just as much as low-SNR scans, such as in those of slices further away from surface coils.
