Bryan Canterbury, MD FACEP FAEMS’ Post

We get to do this. Is #healthcare hard right now? Absolutely. Is working in #ems and #emergencymedicine hard right now? Absolutely. But we GET to do this. In the past two weeks, I’ve worked two of the busiest days in the emergency department, and on the most recent one I thought “I get to do my dream of years ago. I get to do this.” Changing the word “have” to “get” is changing your perception. Something I picked up from Jocko Willink and JP Dinnell of Echelon Front . Watch the video. #leadership #leadershiplessons #emergencymedicalservices
