Happy Groundhog's Day! Have you ever considered that hiring is a lot like Groundhog's Day? Reliving the same challenges on a loop trying to find the right paralegal or attorney. It seems likes firms are always having to deal with: candidate ghosting unqualified candidates always seeming to find the "I'm looking for a 100% remote role" candidate If Groundhog Day describes your hiring efforts, what efforts are you implementing in your firm to find the right fit, reduce hiring time, and not having relive the same challenges when it comes to your hiring process? Hiring is frustrating and challenging but it doesn't have to hinder you to ultimately getting you back to focusing on the growth of your firm.
