This is so true! We will know who the real ones are when we are down or going through tough times. People who talk or smile might not be the real ones. Many people speak bad or gossip behind someone's back. When they are around you, they speak good about you. However, words will travel through people's mouths and that's where you know who are the true and real friends! Bear it in mind to be a genuine one and don't just act to please someone especially a boss or management! Over time, people do have eyes to see the truth of it. I have seen it too much in my working life... A person's capabilities are seen through their work and attitude towards people, not just through 'small actions'!! 💯💯

Happiness always lies within ourselves! A job gives you salary to buy whatever you need but you might still not be happy. Alone might sound pitiful but if it can give the happiness you need then by all means. No right or wrong as people will use it to make you feel bad about it. It lies in you, not others! Do what you are good at and don't get affected too much by others' opinions.

Removing people from your network is not a bad thing especially those that are affecting your mental wellbeing. It gives us peace and less disruption in life. It should come from our inner self but at times we will get distracted by others when others are trying to play 'dirty' or they feel a threat... To be peaceful, it's always good to remove them!! 💯💯 Have a wonderful weekend and spend the time who deserves it! 🙏🏾😊

Employees are the best assets of the company. When employees are happy, they go way beyond the standard! Happy employees bring out the best of the company! That's how companies grow!! 💯💯

All the other things we do mean nothing if we don't take proper care of our mental health. 🚨⚠️ When we have mental health problems, we become fatigued and anxious and find it difficult to focus and concentrate. ⛔🚩 When we feel exhausted or unstable in our thinking, negativity will continue to fester in our minds. 😫😔 We are the only ones who can take good care of our mental health so please give it the highest priority! 🙏🏾💯😊

Mental health should never be compromised. Earning a high wage or a hard job does not justify the risk to one's mental health caused by burnout or stress. It is not worth it at all!

♥️🏠𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭🏠♥️ My wife and my girls are my main pillars of support as they always give me the support and trust in what I do for the family. 🫰🏾🫶🏾 I always look forward to the weekend with family even if we just laze around at home. I usually will bring them together for a walk in a park or places where they probably never been. Last week, it was the first time our family went to East Coast Park Beach. The weather was not too hot so we felt good and spent time there for a while. Initially, they were scared to walk down to the water but with a little encouragement of words they decided to give it a try. They had fun though we were there for just a few hours. 😊♥️ Yesterday, we took a walk from Nicoll Highway to Kallang Sports Hub. The night view was awesome and we enjoyed one another's companions. We didn't talk much during the walk but I feel safe and great with them. 🥰🤗 Lately, I find that I don't trust much about people as what I have gone through in the past few years. There are really too many faked people around. On the surface, many of the people love to hear good words which are not from the bottom of their heart just to prevent how people look at them. Anyway, most important is family and those who really understand and love who we are will always be there for us and that's good enough. I will probably take some time to recover all these, for sure not a short period of time. I am probably different from others but accept who I am and really appreciate that! 😔🙏🏾 #family #safe #happiness #wellbeing #priority #mental #support #trust

Although Singapore is an expensive country, there are still affordable meals where families can still have it. The government always did their best to support Singaporeans in various aspects. 🙏🏾🙏🏾 A great gift from #MaximilianMaeder who has just won a Bronze medal in Men's Kitefoiling!
