A big part of our success has been our unique view on the e-commerce market. So many systems/software tell you you're a good fit because you're a 'supplement' brand or you're a 'clothing' brand. THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR MODERN E-COMMERCE. I've implemented 2 apparel companies that needed completely different systems. I've implemented a supplement company that the exact same tech needs as a shoe company. Berrylush, a women’s western fashion brand, has partnered with GoKwik an e-commerce enablement platform, to scale its online business and enhance the customer experience. Through GoKwik’s tech-driven solutions, Berrylush aims to double its order volume and revenue by 2025, expand its D2C presence across India, and improve profitability by reducing Return to Origin (RTO) rates. According to Alok Paul, co-founder and COO of Berrylush, the partnership is already yielding results, with reduced drop-offs and lower RTOs observed within 15 days. Berrylush, aiming for Rs 100 crore revenue this fiscal year, will leverage GoKwik’s extensive shopper network to improve COD GMV and lower return rates. The company also plans to integrate GoKwik’s solution into its mobile app to further decrease drop-offs by 20% and RTOs by 50%. This partnership aligns with Berrylush’s growth trajectory, as it remains bootstrapped but plans to raise funds to scale operations and achieve a 7% EBITDA profit this fiscal year.
