This week has been a whirlwind, from caring for my daughter after emergency surgery to preparing for an upcoming client workshop and managing a major house repair remotely. Here's what I've gained from this experience: 1. Self-care is crucial, even in the midst of chaos. Taking just 5 minutes for ourselves can make a world of difference. 2. Recognizing our trauma responses is essential during emergencies. Remember to breathe and stay grounded in the present moment. 3.
