What you see: A driver standing on the podium, spraying champagne, and holding a trophy. What you SHOULD see: Years of relentless training, sleepless nights perfecting their setup, countless hours on the track, and moments of doubt they had to overcome. Comparison is easy in motorsports drivers, teams, and even fans often measure success by wins and speed. Don’t let it get to you. Every champion’s story is built on setbacks, resilience, and the grind behind the scenes. Focus on your race. #CanadianMotorsports #RacingInCanada #CanadianRacingCommunity #SupportCanadianDrivers

A Heartfelt Update from Ryan Shehan Racing - As many of you know, motorsport is filled with its share of highs and lows. This week, we were faced with one of the toughest challenges yet. Despite an incredible season where Ryan Shehan has driven phenomenally, leading the 2024 FR Americas Championship and showing the true qualities of a champion, we had a significant budget shortfall. Ryan has been the dominant force this year, driving the car to its full potential, taking care of every detail, and finishing every lap to collect crucial points. His dedication and performance have set the benchmark in the series, making a great impression on everyone following his journey. However, Ryan has made the tough decision to withdraw from the season with only three event weekends remaining. This is a hard and brutal decision to make, but it’s one that will make Ryan and our team even stronger. Despite the disappointment, Ryan hasn't wavered in his dream of reaching the highest levels of racing in INDYCAR, WEC, and F1. Ryan shared, “We have had a number of highly successful racers and motorsport leaders reach out to us in the last 72 hours and share their stories of having been in this exact place. They all said to keep pushing because we are doing the right things, on and off the track, and will be successful by moving up and forward.” Doug Shehan, CEO of Ryan Shehan Racing, added, “While we are not happy about the budget situation and would prefer to finish the season and fight for the Championship, we will pivot our strategy to racing in 2025 in England or Europe. This significantly expands our potential customer base to higher net worth individuals and larger brands that operate nationally and internationally. We believe our motorsports marketing business model fits this market much better because of the elevated experiences and solutions we can deliver.” We want to thank everyone who has supported us this season and those who continue to believe in Ryan’s potential. Your encouragement means the world to us. Now, we set our sights on the future and the next chapter of this incredible journey. Keep up the good work and keep pushing, Ryan. The best is yet to come. #Motorsport #Racing #FRAmericas #RyanShehan #Champion #KeepPushing #FutureOfRacing #MotorsportMarketing #2025Goals

Everyday I'm seeing industry "experts" say that we're going back to a "pre covid" market and it's a "race to the bottom." I say, well, are you going back to the way you were operating pre covid? Did you believe it would last forever and do nothing but take orders for 3 years? If so, you deserve to be obsolete. You don't train your sales people. You don't brand your dealership as a unique place to buy. You think the OEMs are covering all your advertising bases. You fear change, your competition, and refuse to come together with other operators in order to benefit the industry. So, industry experts, for most dealers you may be correct. But I can tell you firsthand that it is not the case for those who are fluid, take risks, and are selling on more than price. I work with dealers on a daily basis who are pushing the envelop and reaping the benefits PURELY because no one else is. Stop promoting fear, ice age strategies, and industry experts who say the world is ending. In every market, there is a way to win. Find it and focus on it.
