We hope you enjoy the 3rd in our Project Posts series, reflecting on some of our favourite projects carried out by our Planning & Architectural teams and helping our clients #UnlockingPotential #3 Detached House in the Green Belt, Chaldon in Surrey This proposal took 5 years to come to fruition and demonstrates how to best utilise the permitted development rights of properties to unlock their true potential. For this project, two applications were required to demonstrate the permitted development rights. The design utilised the site's topography to create a two storey dwelling which usually would not be acceptable in the green belt.
