I've just published v0.2.0 of Diffie, my Hex package for finding the differences between two strings or two lists. (The original use-case is for large strings, like documentation, reports, or all the visible text on a web page.) It now has options to omit telling you about deletions and the original version of changed things, and to ignore case for the strings version. Check it out at https://lnkd.in/eQS4KYCY
