November 10, 2023 BPIAA Counterpoint | Black People Are Taxpayers But Still Forced To Sit In The Back in Aviation and Aerospace We are witnessing Modern Jim Crow! African Americans are taxpayers, stakeholders, pilots, controllers, astronauts, technicians, engineers, etc., but intentionally absent at Congressional hearings concerning safety, staffing, hiring, and budget reauthorization! Why? Because of racial intolerance and white supremacy! Period! No one cares or listens to Our Voices, the FAA management-labor alliance is segregationist in form, structure, and function to intentionally keep Blacks and other minority groups in the back! We’re “second class citizens” and “second class federal employees.” What do we know…in their view Black Americans should still be picking cotton! The absence of African Americans at these hearings is the presence of Jim Crow! If you can’t respect My Voice, don’t expect My Vote! Yes, I still oppose FAA Reauthorization! Won’t improve safety, won’t demand accountability, won’t make a better work environment for African Americans!

Harsh Truth that no one is talking about in the American Film Industry. “There has been more work going overseas in the last 5 years….” Lindsay points to the incentives, which is not wrong, but I think it’s more than that. We live in a global market. Netflix and Prime Video & Amazon Studios make movies for other countries that are specific to their culture. These countries have their own Movie and TV Stars, Unions, and Vendors that are supported locally. Hollywood Entertainment used to be the cornerstone of Entertainment World Wide, so when it shut down the world felt it. Now, when it shuts down, the money just goes elsewhere to new and burgeoning markets without the same constraints. Every FINANCIER I know is saying… What country can we go to or how can we make this non-union? I personally like making movies in America AND sleeping in my own bed in Peachtree City, GA. We have the most talent here. However. if the looming “potential strikes” continue, as they have for a year and half at this point, I’m probably going to end up in Italy, Spain, Australia, or South Africa. You are actually looking at a train wreck about to happen except Divine Intervention or dictator Hiden is not voted out but removed out of office. The way he is going against the states to defend their borders and send federal officials officers to oppose them by stopping what they are doing. What could be actually happening in real time is that Hiden Administration has actually sent domestic government hitman terrorist who are federal law enforcement officers to attack state law enforcement officers who are government officials ordered to protect the borders of their state. You have any one of a federal law officials takes this dare to execute the Hiden agenda of invasion and actually attack assault in harming another fellow officer who has been given authority by his state to defend and protect it's border. We will have seen the beginning of the civil war and the end of the Hiden Admin. It would actually indicate he is unfit unstable to hold office, which is what many people knew and said not because of his age. He is incompetent to hold a high position. It's like placing a child around candy the temptation is to much for him. He clearly shows he has no cognizance of rational, no diplomacy, no empathy, no negotiation skills or no conflict resolution and no goal of better improvement for the quality of lives.
