On a roll with our Service Centers 🔧 We want to make it easier for customers to exercise their right to repair. That's why we’re rolling out more Bugaboo Service Centers across Europe. What are we doing? We already offer out-of-warranty repairs, but our in-warranty service could be smoother. For smaller issues, we send owners spare parts that they can fit themselves. For larger in-warranty repairs, we rely on detailed info from our customers, then we often send a replacement chassis. Why could it be better? We want the process to be faster and hassle-free for our customers. Creating and shipping a new chassis, and returning the old one, also has an additional environmental impact. How are we fixing this? With our official Bugaboo Service Centers, we'll be able to fix some issues on the spot. For larger repairs that could take longer, we’ll provide a stroller on loan. We've opened nine Service Centers so far in major European cities, and our goal is to reach 34 this year. Every repair will include safety and performance checks. And these new Service Centers will help to give our strollers a longer lifespan while reducing the impact of shipping and materials. Spain is next on our rollout list, so watch this space for a Service Center near you.
