What makes the experience at Field Day so amazing? What they’re doing here is supporting the community.  This is a place where people come and gravitate. They shop and drink. They share stories. Every little town was instrumental to so many people's lives. There was a focus on getting out of the little town to go to suburbia or the big city. This downtown is totally America. This space specifically for at least 150 years, was a men's shoe store. It was then the Heinz family general store. They sold, clothing and just general goods for your whole household for another 50 years. It was called Hanover Linens, they sold bedding.  This was the hub. We've got a lot of little towns around us, people all come to Morris because it's where you go to get your stuff.
