It was a pleasure to hear from Josh Allan Dykstra & Kali Love this week at #ODNDenver. 🩵👏🏼 Despite our best efforts, we’re working UPHILL 🧗♀️when it comes to managing change in organizations. Their encouragement was to focus on integrating behaviors within teams (on a daily and weekly basis) that build psychological safety. #psychologicalsafety isn’t just a buzz word, it is foundational and a prerequisite to true transformation. ⬅️ It’s not enough to host events, trainings, or to have ambitious goals.
