The kids are “adulting” at Builders! 👔💼🏭 Last week, parents brought their kids to Take Your Kid To Work Day at Builders. They attended intense strategy sessions complete with mermaids and crayons on the itinerary (courtesy of Katherine Kyle, Lexi Kearley, Todd Campbell, Shannon Moseley, and Marissa Navarro). They scribbled their fresh ideas onto our whiteboards, shared story time with our CFO Matthew Burnett where they learned about the glamorous and jet-set world of insurance 😴, and they taught us all the value of coloring outside the lines. Plus pizza. Tiny humans love the pizza. 🍕 At Builders, employees, family, and community matter. 3moI loved that kids of all ages were welcome, and there were activities tailored to each age group. My teens had a great day, and I'm so glad they got a glimpse into the place where I spend so much of my time and met the people I work so closely with.
