Months of meticulous preparation, discussions, analyzing target groups and stakeholder expectations, selecting locations and actors (not real actors, though – all are our EBSC colleagues), drinking many, many strong coffee cups and covering tens of kilometers on foot.
The result? It lasts 3 minutes and 19 seconds.
That's the technical side of it. But actually, what is more important?
None of this would've been possible without colleagues - those on set and those supporting behind the scenes, without the company being a great employer, without a positive organizational culture, that turns individual trees into a real forest. And without Marta Steer, who provided strong support for this project. There wouldn't be this film, showcasing EBSC as it truly is: dynamic, pulsating with diversity, where respect for others is commonplace, and innovation is ingrained in its DNA.
