We not only achieve this by having highly skilled engineers, but by also teaching and guiding the next generation into the trade, so they can pass the knowledge forward, in time to come. Having an apprentice is one of the most fulfilling, rewarding and (sometimes) stressful experiences you can have in a work place. But... only by engaging and challenging an apprentice, can you unlock their true potential. If you want a "brew-maker" or "sweeper upper" - then employ such an individual for that role. If you want an apprentice - make the time to be engaging and guide them. In years to come you will see a return on your investment. (They should still make the ODD brew though 👀)
