From my daily conversations with businesses, it's clear that delivering content that resonates with learners is crucial. In today’s fast-paced business environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development means recognising and addressing diverse learning styles. Catering to only one style can make it challenging for many to engage with and prioritise their learning. In my experience, both as a learner and through interactions with L&D experts, successful learning strategies align with learners’ interests, learning journeys, and desired outcomes.
