As we go into the weekend, can we pause and reflect on the incredible dedication of our sales teams?  It's tempting for execs and leadership to want the sales reps to do everything simultaneously and leave nothing out to hit revenue goals. But that rarely succeeds, as pushing sales reps back and forth only gets them so far before they lose sight of what matters. The best job is done when sales have a clear and bite-sized amount of work to focus on within a period and pour all their attention and energy into getting it done.  When they have a manageable workload, they can excel at their job and feel motivated to tackle other goals set for them. It is not just about adding more tasks. It’s about empowering them to thrive. Let's foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning together. Let's invest in their development, celebrate their wins, and learn from their challenges.
