This groundbreaking technology, already deployed thousands of times by Royal Dahlman, ensures a 100% sealed connection between the filter bag and the filter tube sheets, eliminating any possibility of bypass over the seal, and no more popped up filter bags. Unlike traditional methods, this system doesn't rely on bolts, nuts, or wrenches for installation, significantly reducing the risk of parts falling into the cone during maintenance. Plus, its durable materials can withstand maintenance crew walking and stepping on it. With minimal production downtime during filter material changes, you can maximize production yield. The metal-to-metal connection ensures guaranteed grounding, preventing sparks from static electricity. The assembly comprises: A locking baseplate with a bayonet, bolted directly to the filter tube sheet. The bayonet closure system allows for quick assembly and disassembly without the need for tools, providing a firm and reliable connection. The filter bag itself, easily installed via the baseplate into the filter tube sheet. The filter cage, smoothly inserted into the assembly. The internal venturi, followed by the locking collar.   Finally, the connection is tightened using the special tool provided with the quick closure assembly. This complete assembly results in a rigid and robust installation with a leak-free seal pressure over 360 degrees. Operator-friendly and secure, it prevents loose parts from falling into the lower section of your filter, allowing service engineers to walk over it without consequences.
