We’re really bad at talking about Ampliphy. So bad at it that founders like Ami Daniel and Michal Beinisch thought it was either “magic” or “complete bull$HiT” (we love you Ami!). What actually is it? Ampliphy is an operating system we built to service the hell out of our entrepreneurs, by automating serendipity and creating goodwill at scale. This software platform changes companies’ trajectories by mapping and navigating networks and providing unique access and connections to people, knowledge, companies, and insights. There’s an entire team at Aleph dedicated to improving the tools and products that fall under the Ampliphy umbrella, in order to map these networks, facilitate warm intros to investors and companies, help recruit top talent…and hopefully the video below will explain better than we can. Big thank you to Erez Dickman, Noy Madorsky, Maya Sover Eivensitz, Yonatan Bakalash, Jonathan (Yonatan) Adiri, Matan Bar, Daniel Schreiber, Dor Yakobovich, Michal Beinisch, Ami Daniel, Oz Alon, Naama Alon, and Yuval Samet for helping to tell the Ampliphy story. Check out the video 👇🏼

So apparently we’ve been hiring candidates through robots. I thought the intro to Nitzan Shenkerman came from Aleph, but this video made me realize that we actually got connected through automation. Relationships founded on trust are the catalysts for building companies – from funding and talent to sales and business development. Ampliphy leverages the power of using your network at scale, so that the trust element is already built in when we hire. Check out the video to see what I mean.

Sneak-peak into what we're doing at Aleph! People often ask me - what are you doing there? are you just due-diligencing companies all day? Well, the answer is - absolutely not! we're actually building an amazing platform called Ampliphy! Yes, these are relatively internal (to Aleph and the portfolio), behind-the-scenes products, but they make a meaningful impact on our portfolio (and maybe someday, even beyond) Watch below 👇

I knew Aleph was part of my hiring process with Sequence, but I had no idea it happened through Ampliphy. Ampliphy is a tool that @Aleph created to automate serendipity - AKA mapping networks and providing unique access and connections to people. To be honest, I’m still not totally sure what it is, but I love working at Sequence so I’m here for it ;) Check out the video below.

Oh Ampliphy! I miss it so much. How can you create a report detailing all the investors who have previously approached you and are able to invest a specified amount? How do you track who the BD team met with and tag them as someone we have a good relationship with? How can you quickly locate that one needle in the haystack that will help you smash your KPIs? Eden Shochat, Michael Eisenberg, Tomer Diari, Yael Elad - reiterating my longdue request - please give your portcos full access to this already!! ;) (and until then, I had to build something similar at Simply 🤷🏽♀️) Seriously, Ampliphy is my forever crush. Check out the video to see why.

Blown away by an outstanding outstanding 2024 Harveian Oration by Professor Avan Aihie Sayer of the AGE Research Group. An exemplary summary of ageing research & challenges. it may not suit everyone but the answer to at least some of the issues is EXERCISE. So much impeccably delivered content and so much that I need to read! 1. disposable soma theory: first proposed in 1977 so almost as vintage as me! 2. this paper published in Cell last year in the hallmarks of ageing: https://lnkd.in/gTKzM2z9 3. this paper on sarcopenia as an exemplar ageing condition: https://lnkd.in/gYupg8PU 4. This paper on metformin for sarcopenia, no impact, frequent adverse events BUT showed that trials CAN be successfully undertaken in people who may usually be excluded: https://lnkd.in/g9zyjeV2 5. and finally THIS paper about men getting (guess what?!) more credit in science: https://lnkd.in/gMYYbi6Q Thank you for an amazing talk & to the Royal College of Physicians for selecting such an expert speaker. For my research colleagues, if you missed IA's Participant Bill of Rights webinar, I encourage everyone to read below for more info. 💗. The majority of adults have an issue with our industry and profession according to the Global Research Business Network: Only 19% trust market research companies to protect and appropriately use their personal data. Even fewer - 13% - trust the use of AI with their data. 42% feel that surveys are too long. Just as fraud negatively impacts data quality, so too does negative participant experiences. The Participant Bill of Rights is FOR the people we rely on for research so they know what they SHOULD expect when participating in our studies and serve as a blueprint for the INDUSTRY to build back trust in exchange for more quality data stories, more participants completing studies and more participants returning to be in another study in good faith. Visit the link below to download the full report, the webinar recording & slides, and, to use on your websites and other participant communications, the full list of rights in either Spanish or English. https://bit.ly/iaPBOR
Introducing the Participant Bill of Rights: An industry-wide commitment to a universal set of rights for research participants and duty of care guidance for researchers. The Participant Bill of Rights is designed to protect the participant experience in the ever-evolving world of market research in the United States. As an expansion of the duty of care section in Insights Association’s Code of Standards, the Participant Bill of Rights: ▪️Outlines critical rights and protections for participants. ▪️ Looks to push the industry’s perspective on participant well-being to the forefront of a new business model that centers the participant experience. ▪️ Aims to protect the industry’s participant pool, and subsequently its insights, from erosion due to poor participant experience and growing fraud. Visit the link below to download the full report, the webinar recording & slides, and the full list of rights in either Spanish or English. https://bit.ly/iaPBOR Thank you to 10k Humans, Multilingual Connections, L&E Research, and Recollective for your donated services.
