When you have a data product, you are in essence, selling progress and improvement toward a goal. That's the value proposition, so... 📈 Test for it! Instead of asking users whether they "like" the data shown, allow them to elaborate with open ended questions that will provide you with information about the usability and value of the product, while reducing their pressure to say something nice. For example: 💡 "What do you see happing here?" 💡 "What would you do with this information?" 💡 "What questions do you still have about your improvement in XYZ?" The answers might surprise you! #dataproducts #productdiscovery
