Frammer AI, a startup founded by former NDTV executives, has successfully raised $2 million in a seed funding round led by Lumikai Fund, a venture capital firm focused on interactive media and gaming. This funding will be utilized to enhance Frammer's AI-driven video creation platform, which aims to streamline the production of short-form videos for businesses. Key Highlights: 1. Founders and Background: Frammer AI was established by Suparna Singh (former CEO of NDTV), Kawaljit Singh Bedi (former CTO of NDTV), and Arijit Chatterjee (former Chief Strategy Officer at NDTV) approximately a year ago. 2. Technology and Services: The platform uses advanced AI technology to transform long videos into multiple short clips quickly—turning a 30-minute video into 35 short packages in about five minutes. This service is particularly valuable for businesses looking to enhance their social media presence with engaging content. 3. Clientele: Frammer AI serves notable clients such as The India Today Group, ZEE News, and Acko. It has also been named the AI content partner for Brightcove, a US-based streaming service. 4. Future Plans: With the new funding, Frammer AI plans to expand its offerings into the sports and entertainment sectors and strengthen its technology team. The company aims to invest in data training to improve its services further. 5.
