Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate women’s accomplishments and bring global focus to ongoing efforts for gender equity. As part of our commitment to make Northwestern Mutual the place where women choose to join, stay and grow, I am proud to share the exciting and profound impact of the Women’s Field Association of Northwestern Mutual (WFA). The mission of the WFA is to unify and grow the community, amplify the voice, and influence priorities to positively impact the experiences of all women at Northwestern Mutual. The 3 primary initiatives of the WFA are: Advancing Women in Leadership, Recognition and Inclusivity & Elevating the Experience of all Women in the Field.
