"It has been said that some things change, and some things never change. Welcome to the new world. An ever-changing world where things change every day, every hour, and every minute of the day. Gone is the old world that said if you were the leader, you were expected to be the expert and know everything. You are led by the do-as-I-say and not-as-I-do mentality. Today, we live in an ever-evolving world of business and organizational dynamics. The transition from being an expert in a specific field to a leadership role is a journey filled with unique challenges and opportunities. To start our journey into True Leadership, we will delve into the intricacies of this transition." Written by: Jeffrey Sesol, Executive Contributor

NEW EVENT - The Red Pill Roundtable with my friend Kevin Kridner. We'll be diving into Business & Leadership topics such as: * How to leverage “glass shattering events” in life & business for wisdom & strength * The nature of “armchair sherpas” and how to detect them * What it takes to build truly “cohesive culture” and the upside-down approach to “process” used by transformational leaders * The real reason that it’s “lonely at the top” and how to permanently eliminate isolation * How to identify “hamster wheel” busyness and break out of the cage * Breaking out of the spiral of “mental loops” and unproductive action * How the cut through the exhaustion and find the place of deep rest, when the weight of your family, business, or organization rests on your shoulders * The truth and myth of “radical personal responsibility” Drop me a line if you'd like to join us!

Sometimes the best leaders are the ones you would never expect to be a leader. I support passionate leadership. In a world full of money hungry people, this has blinded the value of humanity. In turn, places stopped growing and became toxic. Even the most caring of people, have limits. Can you really afford to lose your most passionate workers? Take time to build up the workers who are there doing the dirty work trying to make a difference. Nurturing those workers will in fact be more beneficial to your company, than trying to encourage non workers who are just there to be there. I promise you it will be worth it.
