I’ll admit it - diversity, inclusion, belonging, equity and culture are a threat. It’s a threat to the patriarchy. It’s a threat to racism. It’s a threat to ableism. It’s a threat to misogyny. It’s a threat to homophobia. It’s a threat to religious discrimination. It’s a threat to every single existing barrier to people’s fundamental right to exist safely and happily within a workplace. And in 2024, that is why having a solid DIBEC strategy in place is crucial for any organisation.
