Month 1 at ZenMaid: ✅ I honestly haven’t been posting much because I’ve been heads down working, collaborating, and heavily focused on one goal: improving MRR and growth. We’ve also had a ton of things going on outside of work, and we’re gearing up for baby boy #3 who will be here in ~ 3 months. 👶🏻 This week, I’m headed to Austin to catch up with 🏝 Amar Ghose 🏝, Erika M., and a few others for our mini-marketing retreat. Until then, I’m recapping one of the biggest wins and an indication that we’re on the right track. We’re seeing increased adoption of our product, and seeing steady growth as it pertains to free trials. Here at ZenMaid, we have a 14-day free trial period (as well as a free plan), so we should see this continue to result in increased MRR this month. Year-over-year (Jan '24 vs. Jan '23): +14.92% Month-over-month (Jan '24 vs. Dec '23): +81.81% This month, we’re off to a 🚀 start and trending +26% over January. (Day 6) Ronke Onadeko's thought on taking children to retail stores: "My children probably have not been to retail store more than 5 times their entire live. I don't take them into shops shopping, where there are lot of things: "oh, I want this, I want that." We don't do that... Now parents go on vacation and they take their children into shops every single day. As they get older, if they haven't acquired material/retail culture, it's hard for you to build up to the point where you'd probably control that"...
