Ultimately, exploring the idea of hiring someone you know and have learned to trust over the years is a viable option. I am Board Certified and I work with clients in the United States (all 50 states) as there are no boundaries for coaches. I am not a medical professional nor do I advise or treat. Sessions are usually on Fridays or Saturdays. Dates and times vary. You can find the next few weeks of availability on my website. Book a session first to view the dates. If these days of the week do not work for a client who books a package, I can offer to meet in the evenings at 5p PST. Clients who desire 1:1 coaching must meet for a no cost Discovery Session. Find your passion and why outside of work! Mine has always been sports, health, and wellness related outside of music. I found very early on helping coach my younger brother's teams that kids relate, listen, and learn through my crazy, passionate, and fundamental coaching style. There have been pratices where I sweat more than the kiddos combined. I give it my all each and every practice. They give me the same in return and it shows up on game day. If you have a coach or business leader whom doesn't believe in you, support you, or have a true desire for you to succeed, it's probably time to do some soul searching. Life is too short to work alongside someone who doesn't at least respect and want the very best for you. No coach or manager is perfect but when you find a good one cherish them and remember how they made you feel. This Jax Jayhawk Hustler team played up this summer against mostly 5th graders as incoming 3rd and 4th graders playing on 10 foot hoops and ended the season 1-6. Some of the kids I have now coached over 10 seasons. Fast forward 3 months playing against most of the same players from this summer our team went 8-1-1. The way I judge our coaching job is simple. Did the kids improve✔️ Are they inspired to practice more ✔️ Did they enjoy their time on the court✔️ Did they mature✔️ Are they more respectful✔️ Do they constistently hustle✔️ I always end the season telling them that one day one of them WILL make a team when another player may be more talented. The way they make that happen is by being respectful, attentively listening, maintaining a positive attitude, hustling on every play and drill, practicing on their own, being humble, and lastly being grateful for every second God allows them to be healthy enough to play.
