3rd anniversary of ReverseRecruitment For the past 3 years, we've been running a recruitment boutique for Polish and not only Polish game development studios. During this time, we've recruited 137 people (35 last year). While this number is certainly satisfying, we are most pleased with the individuals who have passed probationary periods and have worked or are currently working in their studios. For us, this means that our method of selecting candidates for companies through analyzing their real needs, as well as the way the studio operates, its organizational culture, and internal vibe, is an effective method for building lasting relationships between new employees and employers. The past year has significantly changed the landscape of our market. The market has balanced strongly, with a slight inclination towards the employer's market. This has resulted in more candidates appearing on the market. And it might seem like an ideal situation for the employer, but... ... the more people there are to evaluate, the harder it is to choose the right person, and the more time it takes. It's easier to make a costly mistake. Our experience allows us to mitigate these risks. We've built a methodology, dedicate time, and have always worked based on building a lasting relationship that allows us to get closer to a "perfect match." In the last quarter, we've expanded our offerings to include processes related to HR, where we assist or step into the shoes of interim HR during the stage of building or consolidating a studio in a transitional period. Today we are transferring our methodology to other emerging markets such as Cyber Security, Biotechnology, AI, Renewable Energy Sources. I'm approaching 6 months at enable Technology and what a year it's been 💚 Since joining in January, we've been super busy. Highlights include: 🖼️ An ongoing rebrand to better reflect our culture and service offering. 💻 A CRM migration to Bullhorn which will be essential as we scale. 🗣️ Lots of relationship building, networking and catching up with old friends! 🧠 Research, research, research. So much learning, no day is the same. 🧑🤝🧑 Embedding into the wider enable culture. Such a lovely bunch of people! Things I love about enable recruitment | B Corp™ 👇🏼 🏠 REAL flexibility Working across multiple time zones and growing a new business is hard. Burnout is easy to reach and taking breaks is key. The respect and support that Tim and Oliver offer is always appreciated. I can manage my day as I see fit. 🫱🏼🫲🏽 REAL support Recruitment is typically a competitive industry and is full of toxic cultures. I've been fortunate to avoid this throughout my career, but it's nice to be in a team who genuinely celebrate everyone else's success, together. No egos! 📈 REAL ambition It's easy to fall into a trap of coasting, especially when your environment doesn't support innovation. I'm someone who thrives in productive environments (but struggles in coasting ones). The work ethic that everyone has here, is truly inspiring. 🙌 REAL fun! Thank you, #TelesteTeam! What a journey we've had! As many of you know, in addition to highlighting the importance of crystal-clear objectives, I also advocate the importance of regularly looking back and celebrating our achievements. When I joined the Teleste as the Head of Marketing, we were in the middle of the pandemic, facing a need to find new ways to engage with our customers and one another, and to build a much stronger digital presence. And I feel that as a team, this is where we really succeeded. Thank you all for the great projects, discussions, and idea-sharing that led to, for example: 🌐 Great progress within digital marketing; the launch of a new feature-rich corporate website, Teleste.com, a new partner extranet service, quarterly partner webinars, digital campaigns, and optimized social media accounts, among many others. All these being results of #TelesteTeam’s great willingness to innovate and experiment with new digital concepts. 🌟The formulation of the very first Teleste Culture Vision. An extensive co-creation journey that we undertook with at least 400 Telestians. This vision, though crafted by HR and Marketing teams, was a true collective effort, and for me personally, an extremely important project to lead. I’m thankful for all the contributions. 📘Production of a wide variety of new content to support our Smart Manufacturing, our business units, our ESG initiatives, recruitment marketing, and investor communication – all results of idea-rich teamwork and great cross-functional efforts. Kudos for the above projects belong to many current and former Telestians ✨ I'm super thankful for being able to work with you all and confident that the development journey will only continue! As I embark on the next chapter of my career, the future is a bit uncertain, but I'm filled with excitement about everything ahead! I would also be grateful for any tips and advice regarding upcoming positions, projects, or companies in need of a solution-oriented, growth-driven leader with extensive experience in leading marketing teams and digital development.
