The IT job market is hotter than ever.🔥 According to CompTIA analysis of the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the tech industry employment went up by over 17,800 jobs from December to January alone. That increase was driven primarily by technology services (like Lazorpoint - we're hiring!) and software development subsector, which added 14,500 jobs. Cloud infrastructure and tech - mainly semiconductor manufacturing (shout out to central Ohio) - followed the lead pack with 2,100 and 1,400 jobs. It'll be interesting to see if these trends continue throughout the first half of 2024.
