Hi friends, In my previous post on Residential status of Individual we have seen 2 special cases where the individual shall be treated as RNOR automatically. In other cases, a resident shall be treated as RNOR if BOTH the following conditions are satisfied: a) He should be resident for minimum 2 years in the last 10 preceding PY's b)His aggregate stay in India is more than 729 days in the last 7 preceding PY's Below is the scope of total income for Resident & Ordinarily resident (ROR) Resident but not ordinarily resident (RNOR) and Non residents (NR): #incometax, #internationaltaxation
