Logistics Officer Position We are currently seeking a qualified Logistics Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient transportation of RMC. As a Logistics Officer, she/he will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules and managing the fleet as well as supervising the Truck drivers. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage logistics operations end to end. • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of Ready Mix Concrete in various locations. •  Oversee the maintenance and servicing of company vehicles and equipment. • Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols in all logistics operations. • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Qualifications: • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. • Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in the construction industry. • Strong understanding of logistics principles. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Must have mechanical experience. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
