Today, I'd like to introduce a type of high-temperature resistant sleeve. For the pipeline of line cables that has been fixed and is not convenient to disassemble, the buckle-type sleeve is used, which is convenient for installation. It is resistant to high temperature, heat insulation, fire, splashing of molten steel, oil, aging caused by climate, ozone, high pressure, electric arc, corona, and corrosion, etc. It is commonly used in steel mills, coking plants, substations, power plants, hydraulic pipe fittings, electrical new energy, etc.

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗱?  Here’s a step-by-step guide for a seamless setup: 1) Starting on one side of the manifold, connect to the manifold flow bar. Make a note of which zone the loop serves on the manifold tag supplied. 2) Lay the pipe out, navigating the most efficient route between the manifold and the zone. Start laying the pipe into the cliprail, as per the system designs. 3) On completion of the loop, follow the same route back to the manifold and connect to the return bar (bottom bar with blue caps), making a clear note of the actual loop length installed on the manifold tag. 4) Follow the same procedure for all loops until the area is evenly covered with UFH pipe. 5) Once all loops are installed and connected to the manifold, the system can be pressure tested. After conducting the inspection for one of our projects, and utilizing the meter for inspection, the value on the meter was OL, which means an Open Loop. When we opened the grounding well, we found that the rod was corroded, and a small part of the rod remained connected to the cable. Use the appropriate tightening torque. Over-tightening can damage the diode, while under-tightening can lead to poor contact. 3、Good Heat Dissipation: Diodes generate heat during operation and should be installed in locations with good heat dissipation. Use thermal grease or heat sinks if necessary to enhance cooling. 4、Prevent Overvoltage: Ensure that the diode operates within its rated voltage range. Avoid voltage spikes that could cause the diode to break down. 5、Avoid Mechanical Stress: Handle the diodes carefully during installation to avoid applying excessive mechanical stress or impact, which can damage the leads or casing. 6、Insulation Treatment: Depending on the environment, insulate the diodes if necessary to prevent short circuits or leakage. 7、Check Connections: After installation, thoroughly check all connections to ensure they are secure and correct, with no loose or incorrect connections.
