What is the secret of the high product quality manifested in significantly higher impact resistance, damage resistance, oxidation resistance, product repeatability? All comes down to the formula! We manufacture our Pietrucha vinyl sheet piles using carefully selected material ensuring an optimal quality-to-price ratio. The formula also includes substances that significantly increase the resistance of the sheet piles to impact resistance, scratches, and atmospheric factors. Pietrucha sheet piles are manufactured in the extrusion process, so they are made entirely of the same material. In 99% of cases when people contact us about a PPR combined fittings, when it is twisted too much and damages it, the reason turns out to be incorrect installation of the threaded connection 🔧🤷♂️, i.e. excessive force in winding the connection 💪. The reason for such unnecessary effort is usually the flax, the amount of which they do not regret, distorting the required thread thickness and making it several times thicker than necessary 😁! We have been improving the shape of our copper insert for years, fixing it as reliably as possible in the PPR structure of the fitting 👍, but you should understand ☝ that plastic and metal are completely different in density and where metal can withstand more than plastic 🤷♂️, therefore the amount of sealing material added must be taken into account. It is better to prevent the problem than to deal with its consequences😉❗ ❗Do not install❗ large quantities of flax! If the fitting is not damaged during installation, it is not a fact that the fitting will not be damaged during service. Note that flax is a "living material" that expands and swells. ❗Installation❗ Sets of modern sealants: fum-tape, spry sealant or anaerobic ☝. Manufacturers of sealants materials provide a guarantee of a long service life, provided that the product is used according to the instructions and the rules, so that the customer maintains the warranty, and incorrect application does not cause problems during installation or in the future, and most of the problems arise when flax is overloaded. Of course, someone will say that all these recommendations are nonsense, and flax is unmatched ❗ and we do not believe the rest! Your right😉. But if you always rely on flax, then make sure of the thickness of the winding and do not overdo it 🤏. Our recommendation, as a manufacturer, is to use fum-tape or anaerobic sprays, especially in PPR combined fittings.
