If there is one message we all need to hear from time to time, it would be this: SELF CARE ISN’T SELFISH! It’s essential. In a world that urges us to push ourselves until we drop, to dig deep when we are exhausted or ill, to push through when we are out of emotional or mental reserves, I would ask you to join the self-care revolution.
