I give Cadillac a huge 2 thumbs down 👎🏽 I have an Escalade and I have experienced the worst customer service ever. My Cadillac Escalade ESV sport platinum has been in the shop for over 2 months now. They found metal in the oil. I have all warranties on it. The engine needs to be replaced. They’re only replacing parts. The dealership got me a rental since they only had small SUVs for loaners. Returned my rental yesterday and got charged $3095 for it when the dealership said they were going to take care of it. I don’t want my vehicle anymore because of this.
Metal in the oil is not good! Cadillac needs to replace my engine or replace my car. I have bumper to bumper warranty. Cadillac pre certified warranty, everything and yet you guys can’t replace it?
