One of my favorite ways to reduce waste and create a luxurious treat is by making *chocolate-covered orange peels*. Here's how you can turn citrus scraps into something delightful: 1️⃣ **Slice** your orange peels into thin strips. 2️⃣ **Simmer** them in syrup until they’re soft and translucent, soaking up all the sweetness. 3️⃣ **Dry** the candied peels on a drying rack to let them set. 4️⃣ **Dip** each strip into melted dark chocolate, letting them cool into a glossy, irresistible finish. The result? A beautifully balanced combination of tangy, sweet, and bitter flavors, perfect as a holiday gift or just a well-deserved treat for yourself.
