Delving deeper into Quadra’s Co-pilot Success Framework Services Offering, the core of it that struck me most, is that Quadra’s team, strive to answer “what success looks like for customers” when they adapt co-pilot. The 3 tenets are (1) Readiness (2) Adoption and Usage and (3) Impact. The Readiness phase explores which personas should deploy co-pilot. Adoption and Usage phase explores if co-pilot is being adopted and used and Impact phase will land the value that co-pilot is delivering and how it has made a difference to the organization.
