I hope this year will bring better #marketresearch, better ethics and more humanity in our industry facing the dehumanizing effect of #ai and the deflation and downsizing in the recessionary aftermath of #COVID-19.

The 30 days of Ramadan passed in the blink of an eye. The essence of Ramadan—marked by night-long prayers, acts of kindness, the calm and peace and return to sacred values—resonates deeply within me. Additionally, I love one more thing: the family iftar gatherings. I am fortunate to be part of a large extended family, thanks to my grandparents, which includes uncles, aunts, cousins, their spouses and children, in-laws, their families, nieces, and nephews, among others. During Ramadan, many of our family members host iftars, with some opting for home settings and others choosing hotels. Regardless of the venue, we gather in large numbers—around 80 to 100 of us, with a few extra guests. This frequent assembly, sharing of meals, and exchange of stories and joy creates an incredible bond among us, enhancing our emotional connections and overall well-being. In a world dominated by digital distractions and endless scrolling, these family gatherings are a breath of fresh air. The children among us experience various forms of affection and make friendships within the family. I hope these shared experiences will support them throughout their lives. As Ramadan departs, it's not just the spiritual enrichment we will miss, but also the conversations, and togetherness of our iftar gatherings—cherished moments that remind us of what truly matters in life.♥️ #emotionalintelligence #emotionalwellbeing #familygatherings

Conserving water is crucial for our environment. - After the festivities, let's clean up responsibly. Dispose of waste properly and recycle whenever possible. Let's leave our surroundings cleaner and greener than we found them. - Spread awareness among friends and family about the importance of celebrating Holi in an environmentally friendly way. Together, we can make a positive impact on our planet. May this Holi bring you all immense joy, love, and prosperity. Let's celebrate responsibly and cherish the beauty of nature around us. Chinese New Year (CNY), also known as the Spring Festival, is a vibrant and significant celebration in Chinese culture. The festivities, marked by the lunar calendar, often involve family reunions, traditional performances, and, of course, delectable food. CNY feasts are a culinary delight, featuring symbolic dishes believed to bring good luck and prosperity. Dumplings, representing wealth, are a staple, while fish symbolizes surplus and prosperity. Yu Sheng implies abundance of wealth and long life. These festive dishes not only tantalize taste buds but also carry rich cultural meanings, making Chinese New Year a time of joyous feasting and cherished traditions. #CNY #yeamama
