I included the works schedule below in an article that I posted this morning, but I thought that it could be "lost" in the article so I thought that I would post it on its own. This is the planning works schedule that I have been working through in 2023. I approached this year knowing what I had to do, which was to produce the Parks and Recreation Planning Portfolio for Council, and this is how I did that. If you are new/ish to the parks and recreation industry, especially if you are with local government, this might give you the individual steps that you will need to undertake to get strategies adopted, besides the actual writing of the strategies.
